The idea was to <span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">create and sustain a free social project<\/span> in a way that had not been done before. Using modern techniques and methods to <span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">&#8220;hold space&#8221;<\/span> for more traditional concepts like community, public use and integration.
